The Role

Job Duties:

• Organize and stock the service truck with tools and parts needed for daily use
• Debrief with dispatchers of job complete, any return trips, or balances due
• Attend trainings and continue self-development
• Understand and achieve the KPIs
• Perform HVAC tune ups, diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on all HVAC systems
• Restock and keep organized the units, tools, and parts in the warehouse 
• Committed to building strong relationships with our clients through providing honest & ethical services and system improvement recommendations

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet for the length of the workday
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and other instructions 
• Maintain a company provided iPad for on-the-job details and ServiceTitan dispatching
• Be timely to the customers home in the arrival time provided
• Able to self-manage and maintain high-quality working standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ Years prior professional HVAC service experience. 
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug, background, and MVR screening 
• EPA certification
• Dedicated to following all safety compliance standards.
