“Really appreciated how quickly Jake Hinds responded to our call. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and sorted out our issue with the heating immediately. He also explained to us how our whole system worked and advised us on servicing and ways in which we could improve the efficiency of the whole thing. On top of that he was a very friendly and interesting person to meet. Many thanks Jake we will be back!”
