Our Hubertus home is on a wooded lot near Holy Hill and the AC condenser is constantly packed with debris. What can we do?

Keeping two feet of clearance around the condenser and scheduling an annual coil cleaning each spring goes a long way. Burkhardt also recommends checking the unit after major wind events and cottonwood season. We can install a condenser guard cover for off-season protection as well.
