Our technician, Chris, did a fantastic job. He was friendly and efficient. I tried my best to explain what I thought the problem was, and he listened to me patiently, then shared his expertise and taught me a few things. He then fixed the issue quickly and cleanly and followed up with me to discuss what he did, showing me before-and-after photos of parts I wouldn’t be able to see after he put it all back together.
I missed a call from Danielle at the office to confirm my appointment, and she still got me in for the next day! Amazing!
