Jim and Derek solved a plumbing issue in my main bathroom that had caused damage previously. The faucets had caused a severe leak, and both had to be turned off. They weren’t salvageable. When they came back to replace the faucets, they completed the job in a timely manner. They were friendly and funny, which makes the experience of having someone in your home more enjoyable.
