Tom Was Prompt and Got to the Bottom of the Problem
When I was unable to find someone locally (Racine) to help with an electrical problem, Burkhardt was able to send someone in just two business days, from two counties away. Tom was prompt and quickly got to the bottom of the problem, which was a blown fuse in an old box behind a mirror in the upstairs hallway that I'd forgotten was there. Tom cleaned all the dirt out of the old fuse box, probably for the first time in 50 years, changed the fuse, explained to me what to do in the future, tested everything, and installed a new switch in a bathroom vanity fixture that I'd been meaning to get around to. I learned important things about the hybrid wiring system in this old house and will gladly call Burkhardt again.

Wanted to give the electrician, Cameron, from the Brookfield branch, who came out (in the pouring rain) to help troubleshoot the power outage in my detached garage a shoutout for going above and beyond.
