Great to Be Home in Milwaukee
I thought I should share a further, nice Burkhardt HVAC experience. My 7-year-old Lennox central A/C system went down earlier this week. The prior owner of my condo purchased it from Home Depot. I was told by multiple people and from online info that the Depot sells a cut-rate quality Lennox product, something that caught me by surprise given Lennox's good reputation.
So, when my 7-year-old Lennox central air system stopped working, I was prepared for either a big repair bill or even replacement, given my info and research on the Internet. Alex M., my Burkhardt repairman, came out as scheduled and did his examination of the system. It needed but a new capacitor and that's that. I appreciate not only the minor repair work and fee, but the honesty.
I had been nearly ripped off from a competitor HVAC/electrical services company earlier this year for a simple bit of electric system renovations concern. It was great to know that Burkhardt once more treated me courteously and quickly with fine service, but also very honestly, too. I'm impressed. I lived in Chicago for a long time and dealt with very shady vendors of home services. It's great to be home in Milwaukee and have such fine vendors of services like Burkhardt.
