At 7 a.m. on Friday, August 9th, we had water in the walls. I was able to shut off the water to both units of the house to avoid further damage. I called 8 plumbing companies and only 1 stepped up to the plate. Thank you, Nicole, for reaching out to Dan, who answered my SOS. The other companies told me it would be 4 to 6 days before they could send someone out. Burkhardt sent Dan out the same day to diagnose the issue and restore water to the lower unit. Dan and Tae returned on Monday to provide the fix to my issue. Dan, thank you for preserving my ceiling by cutting a neat hole. Dan and Tae, thank you for being professional, friendly, and communicating with me throughout this process. The pictures posted are an expensive repair of the same pipe 2 years ago. They actually got over on me because I was not here during the 4-week repair that included a complete gutting of my bathroom. The other picture shows today's repairs. I will be using Burkhardt for all future needs. Job well done!
