Troy and Andy were thorough, professional, and listened to our desired placement of the air outlets (attic Unico System). We had existing outlets, and the additional outlets needed to be threaded through wall cavities. We wanted to maintain a similar placement so that they blended in with the others, which they did!
When the wrong units were accidentally installed, Horst quickly remedied the issue without need of extra convincing or persuasion.
