This is why you don’t let home warranty companies near your HVAC equipment. They use the cheapest unqualified people to make repairs. This unit is supposed to be communicating. They replaced with a heat only non communicating thermostat and didn’t even wire in the A/C! On top of that they just left the unused wire hanging while still hooked up to outside condenser! Not to mention the filth left behind inside the furnace!
